  The MOQ of "Digital Wedding Invitation" or "Digital Souvenir" is 20pcs.
04 How long will the production process take ?
 

Design : 4 working days
Production : after approval , production time need 10 days.
Delivery speed : DETAILS (depends on the delivery address)
05 Can we have the background music which is not in your music list ?
 
  Yes and it is free of charge, you can e-mail the background music to us. But the file format must be "midi"
06 Can we have more than one CD Label design ?(Reference)
  Yes, and the additional charges for each design is US$50
07 After receiving the goods, can we purchase more and what is the MOQ(minimum order qty) and the unit price in this case ?
 
  Yes. The MOQ in this case will be 20 pcs and the unit price will be the same as your previous order.
But, if you adopt point (10)-Method 2, then the MOQ will become 100.
08 What is the add on charges if our photos are more than 10 photos?
  The charges is only US$2.6 for each additional photo.
For example, if you order 100 wedding invitation CD and you need 12 photos in each CD, then the order amount will be :
100 CD (US$1.6 x 100 CDs) = US$160
Handling charges for extra 2 photos (US$2.6 x 2 photos) = US$5.2
So, the total order amount will be US$160+US$5.2 = US$165.2
09 Can we extend the wedding web page hosting period ?
  Yes. The first whole year is free of charge and US$13 will be charged for an additional year.
10 Can we have both Chinese and English in the Digital Wedding Invitation (or Digital Souvenir)? How it works ?
 
 

Yes, the handling method and charges is stated below :
Method 1 :
We have a mini wedding card (Chinese traditional look) for putting both Chinese and English wedding invitation wording on it. Both of the mini wedding card and the printing(in black color) is free of charge. (Reference)

Method 2 :
In Method 1, if you need the wedding inivitation wording be printed in gold / silver foil stamped, then US$0.3 will be needed for each wedding card. In this case, the minimum order quantity will also become 100.
12 After the first order is completed, can we still put our photos of banquet or honey moon to our wedding web pages in the future ?
 
  Yes, the unit price for this handling is US$2.6/pc. The MOQ (minimum order quantity) in this case is at least 10 photos.
13 Can we have video movie in the CD and the Web Page ?
  Sorry, we don't have this kind of service currently.
14 Can we order a VCD for the Digital Wedding Invitation (or Digital Gifts), instead of a CD?
 
  For the reason that the current VCD/DVD technology may not all support a CDR format, and the old model of VCD/DVD usually not support CDR format. So maybe 60% of your friends can see the Wedding Invitation VCD, but the other 40% can't see anything ! As a result, we don't provide this service.
15 Include envelopes for mailing purpose ?
  Yes. (Reference)
